The treatment team includes the psychiatric Chief of Service, physician assistant, social worker, nurse supervisor, ward nurse, rehabilitation specialists, and psychologist. A registered nurse is on the ward 24/7, and direct care ward staffing ratios are high, as are overall staff: patient ratios (greater than 5:1) for the hospital as a whole. All three current adult psychiatrists are board certified. one of the best in the country, based on its good management and low costs.
